Our approach
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This includes:
- descriptive text for meaningful images
- clear headings and page structure
- forms with visible labels
- text and colour contrast that is easy to read
- pages that work on mobile, tablet and desktop, and with browser zoom
Known limitations
Some documents we link to, such as insurer Product Disclosure Statements and proposal forms, are produced by third parties and may not be fully accessible. Our quote forms use a reCAPTCHA check, which some assistive technology users may find difficult. If anything on this site is hard to use, we can provide the information another way, by phone or email.
